After so many homes, Judy and Dan still never pressed us to make a decision that wasn't in our interest, and they kept supporting us in every decision we made. They provided us with a wealth of advice on just about everything, and as this was our first house we sure needed it! Judy and Dan are incredibly professional, reliable, and they add that special touch of giving it their all to find you exactly what you are looking for.
When we finally found our home, Judy and Dan took away all the stress related to selling our condo on a very tight deadline. They took care of everything and sold our condo on the first day! In the end of our journey, Judy and Dan got us exactly what we wanted! Judy and Dan made a potentially stressful situation into a wonderful experience and we couldn't be happier with our new home. When it came to pricing our house it seemed that Dan and Judy really gave it some thought and took into account what was happening in the market, the condition of our house, the upgrades we made, etc. It was like they were pricing their own home! Compared to the other realtors we met with Dan and Judy, by contrast, were smart and on the ball. They priced our house above the other realtors' quotes we had received and yet we ended up selling our home on the first day of showing it.

I was an out of town buyer and my relationship with Judy and Dan started remotely, with Judy doing the preliminary legwork for me. I felt through our initial phone/email conversations that she really understood my needs and presented me with properties that best suited me. I was impressed when we finally met and started viewing properties, she was able to read my mind, telling me what I thought of them before I provided feedback. So after a brief shopping trip in Ottawa I headed out of town for work and Judy & Dan continued the search.
